We take immense pleasure to announce that our school has been declared as one of The Top 10 Schools in Ghaziabad zone by the recently concluded Times School Survey, 2019

This is a great moment of pride for all of us. The consistent and diligent efforts by our teachers, students, and management staff bore fruit and resulted into this glorious outcome.

Times School Survey is one of the most prestigious and extensive surveys that determines the top schools in Delhi NCR.

From Challengers to Leaders

It was only last year, when Vidya Bharati School made its way into the Top 10 challenger schools under Times School Survey 2018. This challenger spot was equally hard earned. The laurel helped us cement our place as one of the best schools in Ghaziabad. It also gave our brilliant teachers and management staff the recognition they deserved for consistently pursuing excellence.

Motivated by the challenger spot, our entire team decided to aim to make further improvements in our teaching methods. The aim throughout the entire exercise was to stay committed to our goal of nurturing our kids to become rational and mindful citizens.

1] State of the art Infrastructure

Our sprawling 4.2 acre campus saw significant additions in the last academic year. We added an intellectual development room to help quench the thirst of young students. We also expanded our smart classrooms by incorporating interactive teaching aids; and after witnessing a surge in popularity of our e-library, we invested in a rich collection of books to cater to the ever-increasing quest for knowledge of our senior secondary school students.

 

2] Delhi NCR’s only school with a Science Park

The school takes pride to become the first and foremost in the Delhi/NCR region for the successful conceptualization and implementation of its science park that showers our future Einsteins with opportunities to explore, innovate, invent by being in the close proximity of nature.

3] A Robotics Club

As a school we firmly believe that technology can be a great equalizer. Keeping this in mind we at VBS introduced a Robotics Club to enable students to channel their creativity and pick up an engineer’s mindset. The curriculum of the club had been designed to encourage activity-based learning.

4] No Bags Policy

Taking cognizance of the need to minimize the bag load on children, we introduced a no bag policy for students upto Grade 2.

In order to provide our tiny tots adequate space and time for other activities, we wanted to reduce the curriculum burden on children. By restricting the number of prescribed textbooks, we aimed to emphasize the importance of making the learning process enjoyable for children.

5] Delhi NCR’s Best Sports Facilities

Sports, and physical activity have always been an integral part of the curriculum at Vidya Bharati. Our sprawling campus includes an Olympic size Football field, Volleyball and Basketball courts, lush green cricket and hockey fields, and a Lawn Tennis court.

Our commitment to offer the best sporting environment for our kids was duly recognized last month, when we became the proud recipient of the “Best Sports Facilities Award” under SOE Global Education 2019-20.
