V.B.S. Tae-Kwon-do Championship- II was hosted in the school campus with great pomp and show.  Around 300 students of Grade-III to XI from 20 different schools / academies across Delhi / NCR participated under the above-mentioned categories.

VBS Hockey Team (boys under 15) added another feather to its cap by attaining 1st position in 36th S.S. Mota Singh Memorial Hockey Tournament held at S.S. Mota Singh School, Janakpuri, Delhi from 4th Dec 2018 to 17th Dec 2018under the guidanceof coaches Ms. Neelam Sharma & Mr. Ashutosh Kumar.

Panorama, an Interschool Competition was conducted on 1st December2018 in Vidya Bharati School. TAE-KWON-DO CBSE CLUSTER (ZONE) 2018 – 2019

It was a Five Day Cluster (29 Sep to 3 Oct 2018) organized at ‘The millennium School, Ansal City, Meerut bypass. Sonal Kandpal of Class-VIII, won silver Medal U-14and below 37 Kg category by beating Somerville school, Noida and thereby got selected for National Level Competition.

Jewel of Vidya Bharati shines in Max

In a Painting Competition organized by Max Hospital with Raghuvansham School. The competition was held on 19th August 2018 at Max hospital Shalimar Bagh.The theme of the competition was ‘Organ Donation’ which is amazingly a generous act and saves thousands of lives. Dikshant Kumar Grade-IX scored I Position.

 

“Pratibha Protsahan Puraskar Samaroh – 2018”

Date and Venue: 23.8.2018 and 24.8.2018, Mewar Institute of Management Participants : Students from Grade Xto XIIof various schools participated in this fest. Through a series of activities, concept of learning was inculcated. Aditi Dhyani scored III Position in Competition.

Hockey Tournament

On the momentous occasion of National Sports Day District Level Hockey Championship was organized at Mahamaya Stadium. Under Senior Boys Category, our school teamdid wonders by defeating J.K.G. School, Nand Gram by 3-0. It also defeated J.K.G. International School, Vijay Nagar, in Penalty shootout. It won the match from Gurukul the School, Dasna Road by 1-0 in the final match.

Annual Painting Competition

Expressions 2018, 23rd Annual Painting Competition at ASSISA Convent School, Noida organized an ‘Inter School Painting Competition’ in its premises on 5th August 2018. Around 2000 students from various schools of Delhi – NCR participated in the competition. There were seven categories in it. Dikshant Kumar of grade IX E bagged Third Prize.

DANCE COMPETITION VIBRATION – 2018

An Inter school dance competition – Vibration – 2018 (Astitwa-Great Elements Of Nature) was organized in K.D.B Public School, Old Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad on Saturday- 28th Apri-2018.Thirteen schools of NCR participated in Vibration-2018.

MEGA EVENT – EXPRESSIONS – 2018

An Interschool mega event – Expressions – 2018 was organized in Bal Bharati Public School, Brij Vihar on 26th& 27th April 2018. All Students performed very well and 5 teams brought laurels for the school by winning prizes in the below events.

Inter School Debate Competition

Bal Vasundhara Shiksha Sadan, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad organized an ‘Inter School Debate Competition’ in its premises. Around 20 students from 10 schools of NCR participated in the competition. From Vidya Bharati School, the winner in the Junior category was Riya of grade V-B and in Seniors category, the winner was Anchal Negi of Class VIII-C. Both the students won the Consolation Prize.

International Mathematics Olympiad

International Math Olympiad 2016 was organized in the School. 7 of our students from grade XI & 14 students from grade XII participated in it.

In the first round, Samay Varshney and Gaurav Bhatt of grade XI have won Gold and Silver medal respectively whereas Snehal Jha of grade XII has won Gold medal.

Out of 21 students who participated in IMO this year – 3 students from grade XI – Samay Varshney, Gaurav Bhatt and Aakash Singh and 4 students from grade XII – Snehal Jha, Anurag Dhayani, Aditya Dubey and Harshit Tiwari have qualified for the 2nd level of IMO.

Prizes Galore

Vidya Bharati School acquired yet another feather in its cap when its budding artist, Dikshant Kumar of VII D won the second Prize in /NIE’s Colour’s Splash on 17 October 2016 at Gyanshree School, Noida Expressway, Sector 127, Noida – 201304, Uttar Pradesh.

WE ARE SINGING CHAMPS

On 5 th October 2016, 17th ANUVRAT GEET GAYAN PRATIYOGITA was organized in the school premises of Vidya Bharati School. In this State Level Competition, 8 Schools from all over U.P. participated. Vidya Bharati School bagged 1st prize in both Solo Song and Group Song Junior Category. In Group Song Senior Category and Senior Solo Vidya Bharati School got 2nd prize.

After our stupendous success at state level, Vidya Bharati School qualified to participate at National Level ANUVRAT GEET GAYAN PRATIYOGITA which was held at AADHYATM SAADHNA KENDRA, Mehrauli, New Delhi from 14th October to 16th October 2016; There were 28 schools from 18 states and yet again Vidya Bharati School proved its mettle at Nationals. Master Anay Srivastav of V-C won Second Prize in Solo Singing, Junior Category. Anay also got a cash prize of Rs 5100/- besides the winner’s Trophy and Certificate.
